Description

A metalworking machine that allows for the bending of sheet metal.

Specifications

Safety Rules

  • Risk of eye damage. Wear safety glasses.
  • Risk of cuts. Wear gloves when handling sheet metal.
  • Risk of pinching. Keep body parts away from brake when clamping or bending.

Operational Notes

  • All hex wrenches for removing teeth, adjusting teeth distance, and adjusting pressure shall be kept on the magnet atop the brake.
  • Do not over-tighten any bolts.
  • Do not apply an excessive amount of pressure. If it requires significant pressure to make a bend, something is wrong.
  • Adjust clamping pressure such that clamps lock into place without excessive force.
